Tim Gramling brings 35 years of leadership experience across Fortune 100 companies, universities, and economic development organizations, with a proven ability to navigate complexity and deliver results. He has a knack for seeing around corners and identifying future opportunities, particularly in sectors that interact heavily with government and regulation.

He led an international division of a $22B publicly traded company, reducing operating costs by 40–50% while maintaining service levels for 10 million customers. As a board chair and CEO, Tim has guided for-profit and nonprofit organizations through crises, regulatory turbulence, and transformational growth. His governance experience includes chairing hospital boards and finance committees, as well as appointments to municipal planning commissions—helping cities balance corporate development, land-use regulation, and multi-state water rights negotiations.

Tim also led non-traditional education institutions during years of aggressive federal and state oversight, achieving sustained growth well above national sector averages while navigating challenging political climates. Across all roles, he has demonstrated foresight in restoring public confidence and positioning organizations for long-term success.

Tim holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard, a master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Doctor of Law and Policy from Northeastern University.
