As a board chair and CEO, Tim has guided for-profit and nonprofit organizations through crises, regulatory turbulence, and transformational growth. His governance experience includes chairing hospital boards and finance committees, as well as appointments to municipal planning commissions—helping cities balance corporate development, land-use regulation, and multi-state water rights negotiations.
