Kyle Warsinski began work at the City of Riverside in March 2024, and while he is new to city, he has over eighteen (18) years of service in the public sector. Before joining the Riverside Team, Kyle worked in the Economic Development Department for the City of Beaumont. Kyle has been a resident of the City of Riverside since 2001.
While Economic Development has always been at the forefront of his work, Kyle also worked in other departments, including Planning, Public Works, and the City Manager’s office.
Prior to his employment in the public sector, Kyle worked for the Olson Company in Seal Beach and Busy Bee Tooling in Ontario. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from California Baptist University. He also earned the Designation of Accredited California Economic Developer from CALED in 2022.
In his current role Kyle focuses on cultivating a business climate that welcomes innovation, entrepreneurship, and investment. He is part of a fast-paced and dynamic team dedicated to identifying and growing new and emerging business sectors, helping to create economic opportunities for future generations.
